Early summer is the time for all things lavender. Throughout the Pacific Northwest, from valley floors to high desert plains, the purple flower with the magical aroma blossoms from June through July. This year, I'm once again excited to be a vendor at the Clackamas Lavender Festival, June 29 and June 30. The whole event is full of incredible artists and creators all set against the backdrop of an expansive, gorgeous lavender farm if full blossom.
At Bridge Nine Candle Co., we always have our lavender round tumbler, jelly jar, and aromatic spray, but this time of the year, I like to bring ever bit of lavender I can to the party.
I hope you'll come by on Saturday or Sunday to introduce yourself or to catch up on what has happened since last year. There is a ton going on, with music, drinks, and all kinds of family friendly fun, but my favorite part, by far, is seeing the smiling faces of our Bridge Nine customers.
Should we take a gander at what I'll have with me at this year's Clackamas Lavender Festival? Of course we should!
Thanks to the work of my fellow creators and business owners, I am bringing a lot more than candles and aromatic sprays this year. We will have a beautiful purple Ball jar filled with Oregon lavender (100% essential oils) that has a 55 + hour burn time! I'm also bringing these incredible lavender screen printed flour-sack tea towels that are a must have this season.
